Earlier this week, the library posted a blog post with a statement in support of our blacks and brown neighbors/patrons with a list of some resources for folks to educate themselves on the racism and inequity in American society (https://www.shorewoodlibrary.org/blog/post.php?slug=antiracism-resources-at-your-library).
In this episode, Nick and Lisa, discuss books, movies and music that have helped them develop an understanding of racism and inequity in the U.S. and give suggestions for listeners looking for ways to help and improve their own understanding of what is currently going on both locally and nationally.
